Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining records and understanding of the buy placement dates on each of the seasonal calendars.
• Should understand and analyze the forecast versus the actuals placed and measure the accuracy & of forecast given by customers.
• Receive all incoming inquiries/orders, liaise with sourcing and planning to book production capacity, negotiate delivery dates/flows and communicate with the customer to ensure customers delivery dates are effectively met.
• Ensure all POs are entered in a timely manner with 100% accuracy.
• Should complete all required documentation pertaining to order confirmation and follow through status of order by regularly meeting with planner and convey order status to customer to meet expectations.
• Should visit customers and build good relationships and enhance mutual trust and honesty
• Respond to customer rejections, and take necessary action in order to meet customer requirements.
• Manage debtors related issues to minimize payment related problems from customers
• Prepare and update documentation whilst adhering to ISO standards in order to make information available for management decision making.
• Assist team to meet daily target & response time requirements and maintain good relationships with other departments.
• Should maintain price lists for respective customer portfolios whilst ensuring prices in the list and system reflect those in the pricing file.

Qualifications:

• CIMA, CIM, Postgraduate Diploma or an Equivalent Degree from a reputed university.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Should possess an enthusiastic & innovative mindset
• Sound interpersonal skills & communication skills
