Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath and automation anywhere.
• Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including workflow development, error handling, and logging. 
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and experience in programming languages like C#, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies for handling unstructured data is a plus.
• Microsoft SQL Server Database knowledge.
• Ability be an excellent team player.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in RPA development.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere. 
• Create detailed technical design documents and solution architecture based on business requirements. 
• Develop and configure automation workflows, including data manipulations, triggers, and scheduling.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications for seamless functionality.
• Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. 
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements required.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize RPA processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other developers and teams to optimize and enhance automation capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in RPA technologies
