Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Brand Executive or similar role, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry.

• Strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing strategies.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.

• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to support marketing initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Organize and execute brand events, product launches, and promotional activities.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies.
