Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional work in a project management role
• Prior experience managing teams of Developers, Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers
• Bachelor's Degree in computer Science, software Engineering or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) PMP, PRINC II, CSM Certifications or Masters degree with Management will be an added advantage

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Closely work with all stakeholders of the engagement
• Project resource management, thereby enabling team members to work effectively and seamlessly
• Track and monitor project progress, performance and schedule adherence using project management tools
• Maintain project time frames, budgeting estimates and status reports
• Identify risks and potential future issues and escalate to the leadership
• Coordinate with project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilities
• Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the product team while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Host daily stand up meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making purchases on behalf of the company
