Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions to equip job prospects with essential skills such as interview preparation, job application techniques, and CV creation.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates ' job search journey, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor ' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in job generation or HR management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Strong networking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and forging meaningful connections.
• Proficiency in utilizing online job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
