Requirements

• A bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or professional qualification from CIPM
• Minimum 03 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse industry or is mandatory
• Knowledge in HRIS and experience in handling and managing data
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Close proximity from Ja Ela, Bopitiya, Seeduwa areas

Responsibilities

• Timely update the manpower plan coordinating with operational management, identify shortages and recruit the right candidate within the agreed timelines
• Handling employee life cycle
• Handle employee Induction programs and update relevant records
• Manage employee committees and make sure industrial peace and harmony
• Handle grievances of employees and implementing the standard grievance handling procedure Update the HRIS on time and coordinate with Central HR team to proceed the monthly payroll
• Manage employee absenteeism and turnover, keep updated records and prepare reports for the management when needed
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
