Key Responsibilities

• Review business performance of ongoing operations and recommend optimization strategies to the management.
• Assist the management to finalize decisions on corporate resource allocations.
• Prepare monthly reports on financial performance based on KPI to report business performance.
• Analyzing industry related data, evaluating opportunities, and making recommendations to the management.
• Preparing feasibility project reports, currency analysis, investment appraisal preparations, analyzing industry related marketing trends and identifying gaps in the market.

Qualification and Experience

• A degree or masters from a recognized university in Statistics / Financial Mathematics, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or Professional Qualification in CIMA or ACCA.
• Three years of work experience with strong skills in business analysis is mandatory + financial mathematics.
• Team player with good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Should be an analytical and critical thinker.
• Highly skilled in presenting information.
