Job Title : .NET - Associate Technical Lead / Technical Lead

Responsibilities :

• Write a clean well thought out design and code with an emphasis on quality, simplicity and maintainability
• Consider customer's perspective and experiences when designing systems
• Contribute to design reviews, code reviews and test case reviews
• Ensure that engineering principles and related processes are adhered to
• Understand and adapt to new technologies, tools, methods, and processes from Microsoft and industry
• Estimate effort and resource requirements for software projects
• Technology evaluation and recommendation for application architecture problems
• Liaise with customers and understand business requirements
• Demonstrate great accountability, customer obsession and technical leadership
• Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions
• Improving internal efficiency and customer happiness by actively seeking opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools
• Mentor team members for successful delivery of projects
• Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customers and developers

Requirements : 

• Total Experience : 4 - 6 years
• Primary Skills : Software Development in the Azure , .Net Core, .NET, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps and Application Insights
• Good programming logic and problem-solving skills
• Experience on Microsoft Azure Platform as A Service (PaaS) products such as Azure SQL, AppService, Logic Apps, Functions and other Serverless services
• Evident hands-on experience with one or more serverless architecture (Azure Functions, Azure LogicApps), Azure API
• Good understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD & amp; AD B2C
• Good understanding of Azure cloud service offering (covering Azure Compute, Storage, Network, WebApp, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Azure AD)
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Git, ARM templates and deployment automation using Azure DevOps
• Knowledge on Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps / Databases like SQL server, Cosmos DB and web service integration
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Portal and Dataverse will be an advantage
• Ability to build good relationships with clients/operational managers and colleagues
• Good communication and presentation abilities along with excellent Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• Good team spirit and good oral/written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation, and best practices
• Ability to adapt and prioritize
• Ability to gather and assimilate information
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in product development background and in building enterprise grade products will be advantageous
