Role Overview

We are seeking a positive, engaged, and well-disciplined Finance Associate to join our Finance team. This role involves managing the daily finance workflow related to conveyancing services while working closely with internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, international working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance workflows related to conveyancing services.

• Support finance operations including documentation, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Directly engage with clients to respond to queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal processes.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational and service delivery standards.

• Support continuous improvement of finance processes and workflows.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Part-qualified in CA, CIMA, or ACCA.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

• Strong competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Ability to work according to UK business calendar and hours (13.30 – 22.00).

• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
