WE ARE HIRING: Sales Operations Manager



Job Purpose and Role:

1. Develop the business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company's sales goals and profitability.

2. Build a "Customer Service" oriented "Sales Culture" where every team member is working towards combined success with a passion to achieve organizational objectives.

3. Exercise due diligence and analytical assessment in activity planning based on an ROI driven mindset.

4. Responsible for supporting cross-functional plans and progress, addressing key issues as they arise and ensuring integration into overall strategy.

5. Oversee the sales force, conduct regular meetings, both remotely and in the field, to ensure the team is on track to achieve and exceed targets, through mentoring, coaching and counselling for team members to build motivation and develop selling skills and product knowledge and direct strategies to successfully drive sales plans

6. Propose and provide input into the annual incentive plan in order to drive the right behaviours and recognize strong performance against established targets

7. Set an example for the sales force in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.

8. Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics codes of conduct.

Education

Should have a Degree in Marketing/ Business Management or professional qualifications in CIM/ SLIM.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of working experience.

Experience in FMCG industry is a must (Retail/Wholesale).

• Periodical and timely reporting/information flow to the Top Management for critical decisions to be taken in the field. Maintain meticulous field related administration.
