Sales Executive, Pigments Opportunity in the Manufacturing industry.

Job Description

• Drive forward looking sales strategies to grow the business by acquiring and developing new customers and establish a positive reputation as a valuable business partner committed to our customers success;
• Build a positive and long-term relationship with existing key customers to retain and to motivate them to further grow existing business and explore opportunities in new potential business segment;
• Contribute to the development of new services based on industry trends, evolution and customers feedback and personal experience; Explore opportunities in new business environments;
• Implement continuous sales performance evaluations and improvements, to ensure a high level of customers satisfaction and retention;
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the technical applications of our new & current products and regularly update our customers;
• Generate business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any Engineering related field or equivalent;
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Sales experience in the Chemical or Paint industry;
• A strategic thinker and possesses excellent leadership skills to inspire others to achieve the vision;
• Proactive and ability to identify opportunities for positive changes;
• Self-motivated and possess a strong drive to be challenged and to achieve;
• Excellent people management, influencing and negotiation skills;
• Results oriented, well organized, with good project management skills;
• Demonstrated the ability to work with people at any level in an organization;
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
