Head of Group Internal Audit

Head of Internal Audit Opportunity in Footwear Manufacturer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the internal audit plan
• Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with management to develop corrective action plans
• Monitor the implementation of recommendations and action plans
• Stay updated on the latest auditing standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CA or equivalent; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certification will be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in a group or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, procedures, laws, and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems
