Job Specification Required

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or SLIM/CIM qualification.
• Minimum 02 years of experience in handling similar job role is essential, previous experience in educational & academic organization is preferred.
• Excellent communicational skills in English & presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office package. Experience in CRM software is an added advantage.
• Ability to visit clients and attending to exhibitions & events when needed.

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate should possess leads & referrals to bring new training sales and business opportunities. You should be self-organized, enthusiastic person with the ability to work with minimum guidance. Should be disciplined and a team player. should strictly follow HSE guidelines, policies & procedures. Should have high integrity. Should be able to work extended hours if required.

• Planning and promote training services and strategize new training programs.
• Focus and prioritize developing new training programs in coordinate with respective parties.
• Define & achieve monthly, quarter, annual sales objectives, and marketing KPI according to strategic plan.
• Liaison with affiliates (Overseas), technical centers and related operational to get the necessary support.
• Ensure, implementation and follow-up of all sales & related action plan.
