Position: Senior Sales Executive - Outbound Tourism - Corporate Sales

JOB ROLE

Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Knowledge of outbound tour packages and destinations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients in Colombo.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and provide customized outbound tour solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations to corporate clients.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base.
