Sales Associate

Location: Outlet at Colombo City Center

Working Hours:

Shift 1: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Shift 2: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM

Schedule: 6 days a week (off days Monday-Wednesday).

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers, provide product recommendations, and resolve inquiries.
• Achieve sales targets and promote offers and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and update inventory.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum O/L qualification; A/Ls preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Basic proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• Availability for both shifts.
