Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and driven *Sales Executive* to join our Colombo-based team. The ideal candidate
will drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with local clients, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and represent Hospital Groups services to individual clients and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, healthcare providers, and referral networks from Colombo, Kurunaigela, Kandy and Jaffna.
- Travelling to other cities to identify new opportunities and potential client bases.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate and support patient referral processes, including handling inquiries and documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events, seminars, and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or healthcare-related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and patient referral systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
