Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative professional to lead our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency while effectively managing food costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Develop creative menus that cater to diverse guest preferences and align with the brand.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Oversee food preparation, production, and service across all dining outlets, including banquets and special events.
• Manage kitchen operations within budget, focusing on cost control, inventory management, and waste reduction.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance and professional growth.
• Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to align culinary offerings with guest expectations and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Degree or professional qualification from a recognized Hospitality or Culinary Institute.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Expertise in international and local cuisines with a passion for innovation.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
