Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of managing HR and administrative teams.
- Expertise in HR strategy, labor laws, employee relations, and talent management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High level of business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 7-10 years of progressive HR and administration experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Thorough understanding of HRIS systems, payroll management, and HR analytics.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing large teams and handling complex administrative functions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work culture.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with the market.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF/ETF, gratuity, etc.).
- Lead training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Provide counsel and support to senior management on HR matters, including workforce planning and organizational structure.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring that all office functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the company's facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and secure workplace.
- Coordinate and manage office projects, including relocations, refurbishments, and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
