Key responsibilities include:
Provide leadership to Talent Attraction through disruptive recruitment mechanisms
Build networks and partnerships with local and global academic and non-academic institutions
Provide direction for HR Operational and Admin practices
Engage in the execution of Talent Management practices such as L & D, performance
management, and career management practices
Ensure HR business partnering through consistent and effective connects and engagement with
our talent
Support Employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction and retention strategies
Propose and integrate futuristic HR practices into the talent landscape
Spearhead strategic HR initiatives to ensure effective business partnering to meet organizational
goals
The ideal candidate would have:
4+ years experience in the Human Resource Development field
Qualification in HRD or equivalent
Knowledge on global HR practices
Ability to manage time and projects effectively
Understand organizational design
Genuine appreciation of technology and business
Ability to drive employee wellbeing
Drive Social Sustainability initiatives across organization
Work Arrangement:
A combination of remote and on-site work
