About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive Customer Relations to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll be the key point of contact for our customersmanaging inquiries, handling orders, addressing issues, and building long-term relationships that foster trust and satisfaction.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment and enjoys maintaining strong customer partnerships while driving process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Inquiry Management

Receive and manage all incoming inquiries and customer orders.

Coordinate with sourcing and planning to confirm production capacity.

Communicate delivery schedules within 48 hours of receiving orders.

Ensure 100% accuracy in order entry and PO management.
Order Book & Documentation
-
Liaise with customers to confirm projections and manage raw material bookings.
-
Handle invoicing and write-offs per customer tolerance levels.
-
Track order status, analyze overdue items weekly, and maintain documentation.
Customer Relationship & Visits
-
Conduct bi-weekly visits to customer locations.
-
Provide timely updates on deliveries, production progress, and lead times.
-
Prepare and share visit reports within 24 hours.
-
Strengthen relationships with decision-makers and deliver customer-specific solutions.
Rejections & Quality Management
-
Address customer rejections within 24 hours and coordinate with the quality team.

Arrange goods inspection and replacement actions within the set timeline.
Payment Coordination
-
Work with the Finance team to resolve outstanding payments and ensure on-time settlements.
Reporting & Documentation
-
Prepare and maintain accurate reports including order tracking, outstanding lists, and status reports.

Keep records of key customer contacts and pricing information up to date.
Delivery & Operations Support

Coordinate with Commercial and Packing departments for urgent deliveries.
-
Assist with lab dip scheduling, delivery flows, and team support to meet daily KPIs.
Customer Service Excellence

Respond to customer emails and calls within 24 hours.

Provide timely solutions and maintain a well-organized inbox and folder system.
System Reconciliation
-
Ensure brand portal data matches internal order details.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
-
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related field.

Additional qualifications like CIMA/CIM are an added advantage.
Experience
-
2-3 years experience in a manufacturing or production-related environment preferred.
Skills & Personal Attributes

Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Understanding of development processes and industry best practices is a plus.
