About the Role

The Foundation Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of MendisOne Foundation, the charitable arm of our organization. This role involves coordinating programs, initiatives, and partnerships to ensure the smooth functioning of the foundations mission.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and implement foundation projects & initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive charitable programs.
Manage donor relations, fundraising activities, and financial records related to the foundation.
Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Represent the foundation in events, meetings, and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Proven experience in non-profit organizations, foundations, or CSR projects.
Strong organizational & communication skills.
Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
Passionate about charitable initiatives and community work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic financial record-keeping.
