SENIOR BUYER
JOB PROFILE
Research, select and purchase required quality products and materials Planning product ranges and pricing
Working with internal marketing and merchandising departments Assessing quality and sustainability of product ranges
Developing sales strategies and monitoring budgets
Coordinate with the supply chain team and ensure stocks are kept at appropriate levels across all shops
Guide, involve, inspire and develop Assistant and Junior Buyers, challenge them to act with confidence
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Strong negotiation and contract management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
