Tech Lead (.NET/React/Azure)


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and ensure architectural soundness and best practices

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and manage timelines

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and estimate development efforts

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance software applications

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation

  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues proactively

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards

  • Support ongoing maintenance and new feature development

  • Partner with project managers for detailed project planning and resource allocation

  • Recommend solutions to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability

  • Ensure timely delivery while managing shifting priorities and expectations

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders for client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • 79 years of experience in .NET/.NET Core development

  • Proficient in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and related technologies

  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs

  • Knowledge of microservice architecture principles

  • 35 years of hands-on frontend experience with React

  • Strong understanding of OOP and OOD principles

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing

  • Team collaboration and leadership skills

  • Knowledge of secure coding and defensive programming

  • Experience with Azure cloud platform

  • Proficient in SQL Server and ORM tools

  • Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (advantageous)

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
