Associate Technical Lead - .Net


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and maintenance of backend systems for web & mobile applications
  • Ensure high-quality standards & industry best practices
  • Collaborate with business partners & end-users to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Design & implement highly scalable, resilient APIs
  • Actively participate in Agile processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Develop & maintain test cases to ensure backend robustness
  • Implement & manage fully automated Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Optimize backend services for high performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Provide technical leadership, ensuring best practices and architectural standards
  • Mentor & guide team members to foster technical growth

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development
  • Proficiency in .NET Core & .NET framework with strong development best practices
  • Experience in designing & building scalable APIs for production systems
  • Strong understanding of software development design & architectural patterns
  • Expertise in setting up & managing fully automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with RDBMS technologies
  • Experience working with AWS cloud or other cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
  • Exposure to distributed systems & event-driven architecture
  • Knowledge of observability tools & backend system monitoring
