Senior Sales Manager

Work location - Dehiwala

Work hours - 9.00 am - 5.30 pm

Work days - Monday to Friday (if there is anything urgent should be available on call)

Working Mode - On site

Salary - Market rate

Your Role:

Lead and mentor a team of 80+ sales executives
Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies
Optimize the sales funnel for maximum conversions
Strengthen corporate partnerships and drive new revenue opportunities
Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and profitability
Collaborate with marketing & tech teams to enhance digital sales

What Were Looking For:

️ 8+ years of experience in sales leadership (preferably in travel/tourism)
️ Proven track record in leading large sales teams (50+ professionals)
️ Expertise in B2B & B2C sales, CRM tools (Zoho preferred), and sales automation
️ Strong negotiation & team motivation skills
️ Hands-on experience in digital sales & lead generation
️ Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
