We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual to join our marketing team.

Job Profile:

• Develop strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
• Analyze and interpret market trends to optimize sales performance.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
• Oversee content creation for social media and coordinate with agency partners.
• Ensure accuracy in marketing materials such as menus, offers, and social posts.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
