Job Title: Project Manager
Working Mode: Work from Office
Work Hours: IST Standard Time



Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives within established timelines.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Engage with clients, team members, and vendors to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Identify risks and propose actionable mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress and track deliverables against timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare reports to update stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards. 

Skills & Qualifications


• 3-8 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent).
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in project management.
• Experience managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
