JOB ROLE: EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SEA EXPORT, CSU & DOCUMENTATION

Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will:

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Interact directly with clients, carriers, agents, and internal teams to facilitate seamless freight movements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS
  
  
  • Full/Part qualification in a degree or diploma related to logistics.
  • Excellent communication, public relations, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with working under the Gensoft ERP system.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same capacity.
