SharePoint Developer - Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with business analysts, product owners and others to understand the business requirements.

Communicating with end clients and building strong relationships with customers.

Carry out detailed technical designing of software solutions.

Estimate effort and resource requirements for software projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering.

4+ years of Industry Experience

Hands-on experience in SharePoint Online/On prem

Experience in .NET, ASP.NET, PowerShell scripting and Power Platform

Experience in JavaScript and jQuery.

Ensure engineering principles and related processes are adhered to.

Mentoring junior members by Identifying possible knowledge and skill gaps and guiding them to bridge those.

Readiness to take over delivery ownership.

Conduct reviews to ensure the best practices are followed.

Good understanding about database concepts and technologies.

Experience in SSIS and Power BI will be an added advantage.

Experience in Azure Cloud services will be an added advantage.

Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
