Job Title : Quality Assurance Executive (Industry : Manufacturing)

Location : Colombo, Sri Lanka

Tasks and Responsibilities : 

• Maintain company QMS at EMO, DC, and EMB
• Ensure factory meets all quality requirements described in company and local quality system/procedures
• Ensure DC and EMB maintain company GDP and embellishment requirements
• Manage the quality assurance testing programs and analytical method validation
• Responsible for laboratory being used (internal or external) including maintenance of the lab equipment, test materials and systems to required standard
• Support DC on hygiene improvement projects and take the lead role to identify and implement follow-up action
• Import inspections and release for sale
• Import damage check and clearance and ensure damage destruction process
• Quality improvement and Compliance 
• Highlight improvements/gaps at EMOs, DC and EMBs that can make non - compliances and add risk to the business
• Manage change/deviations in the given scope
• Audits - adhere to audit plans and proactively prepare for them
• Audits - participate in audits as Auditor/Auditee and support conducting them according to company policies and procedures
• Audits - Support on investigations, and CAPA preparation
• Audits - Follow - Follow up and close CAPA without overdue
• Participate external audits and ensure closure of CAPA
• NPD/EPD/Projects - Support Lab/industrial trials, stability process, technical manuals, process validation and documentation
• Embellishment and promo - support travel test; prepare and confirm promo/EMB catalogues
• Train EMO, DC, EMB personnel on company quality requirements
• Risk assessments at any change in the system and highlight to mitigate them store check/market visit
• Supplier Audits/qualification process
• Customer complaint handling and follow-up CAPA 
• Support in Mock recalls and follow-up CAPA 
• Monthly KPI report
