Key Responsibilities:

• Set and implement goals aligned with our overall strategy
• Oversee daily operations across departments
• Manage budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Lead and support staff to build a strong, high-performing team
• Maintain good relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Masters preferred)
• At least 10 years of management experience, ideally in the education sector
• A strong track record in team leadership and improving performance
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using management and reporting tools
