Job Description: Software Developer - Portal

Work Type: Onsite 
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Work Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Shared Team Responsibilities

• Collaboration with peers to increase team efficiency

• Contribution to team discussions and collective problem-solving

• Support in cross-functional project initiatives

• Participation in knowledge-sharing and technical sessions

• Coordination during sprint cycles or project planning

HSSE & Compliance Responsibilities

Ensure compliance 

• Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy

• Compliance Policy including Anti-Bribery, AML, Whistleblowing, Sanctions

• Promote a safe and ethical work environment and stop/report unsafe practices immediately.

Key Technical Skills & Tools

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React

• Backend: C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices

• Databases: Cosmos DB / Document DB, MS SQL Server

• Version Control: GIT, Bitbucket

• DevOps & Cloud: Azure, Azure DevOps

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Experience: 3+ years in software design/development, integration, and architecture

• Certifications: Agile development exposure or similar methodology knowledge

• Communication: Strong English language skills and cultural awareness in multinational environments
