WE ARE HIRING: Internship Program Manager (HR)

Key Responsibilities:

Internship Program Management (~70%)

  • Design and manage the full internship lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with MAS Practice leads to understand technical talent needs and align internship roles accordingly
  • Develop and track program metrics to evaluate success and suggest improvements
  • Build strong partnerships with universities, technical institutes, and student organizations
  • Organize campus drives, tech events, and career fairs to attract top-tier candidates
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of interns into project teams
  • Support the creation of training plans, mentorship models, and hands-on project opportunities in coordination with MAS Practice leads
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and check-ins with interns and supervisors
  • Monitor intern performance and make recommendations for full-time conversions
  • Analyze conversion data and report ROI to senior leadership
  • Represent the company in the tech and university community as a brand ambassador
  • Promote intern success stories through internal and external communication channels

General HR Support (~30%)

  • Support core HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Assist with compliance, HR documentation, and records maintenance
  • Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and ad hoc projects
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Provide HR operational support to the MAS Practice in collaboration with regional/global teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in internship or campus program management
  • Prior experience in IT services or software development environments preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • In-depth understanding of the Sri Lankan education and talent landscape
  • Exposure to technical recruitment or IT service practices
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Background in global or matrixed organizational structures
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
