WE ARE HIRING : Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the markets to drive revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across banking, logistics, and supply chain industries.

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals and market trends.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and customer needs.

• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital platforms for business analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
