Key Responsibilities:

Handle the salary programme and employee loan processing.

Manage company correspondences and documentation.

Check daily attendance and maintain the employee leave chart.

Coordinate with and oversee the security service.

Manage trade mark renewals and registrations.

Handle Tea Board renewals and related compliance.
-
Fill and submit visa applications for international travel.
-
Administer company insurance policies and related documentation.
-
Address and follow up on staff medical insurance issues.
Requirements:

Prior experience in HR and/or secretarial functions.

Familiarity with payroll systems, leave management, and daily attendance tracking.

Knowledge of trademark and Tea Board renewal processes.

Ability to manage visa applications and insurance coordination.
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
