Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Must be Mandarin speaking and fluent in English.

  • Background in logistics or shipping preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
