WE ARE HIRING: Quality Assurance Officer


Job Description

•  Conduct regular audits of documentation and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
•  Monitor quality assurance KPIs and generate monthly compliance reports.
•  Support the implementation and review of policies and procedures.
•  Identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting findings to UK leadership.
•  Assist in preparing for external inspections and internal reviews.

Person Specification

• Bachelors degree in Health and Social Care, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance roles.
• Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Familiarity with UK CQC regulations and standards desirable.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Quality Officer QA Monitoring

•  Use QA checklist to audit folders weekly.
•  Compile monthly QA dashboard using audit data.
•  Log and escalate trends in documentation errors.
•  Support policy reviews and regulatory alignment.
