We're on the lookout for a highly organized and reliable Business Analyst to support our CEO.

Key responsibilities

Business Analysis & Strategic Support

· Analyze business data to uncover trends and actionable insights

· Prepare dashboards, client-ready reports, and business presentations

· Support strategic decision-making through detailed analysis

· Represent the CEO in presenting insights to clients when needed

Personal Assistant to the CEO

· Manage the CEOs calendar, travel, appointments, and meetings

· Draft and format high-quality reports, presentations, and communications

· Coordinate confidential and sensitive matters with utmost discretion

· Provide administrative and personal support to the CEO as required

Requirements:

· 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

· Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in business analysis

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
