Job Profile

• Take a Management role in implementing state of art technologies to cater efficient and productive technical solutions for centralized DB infrastructure
• Evaluate and recommend database technologies and platforms to meet business requirements.
• Implement security and audit requirements as per ISO27001 and PCIDSS security standards and recommendations for the databases including addressing vulnerabilities , implementation of access control, encryption, and auditing to maintain the highest security standards of DBs while adhering to banks policies, procedures and standards.
• Analyze, consolidate, performance tuning, capacity planning and optimize databases.
• In-depth analysis of issues in the DB systems and identify root causes and provide.

Applicants Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science which is recognized by the University Grants Commission.
• Minimum three (03) years of experience in Senior DB Administrator in a Datacenter.
• Certification in Microsoft SQL Server Administration for SQL Server or Certification in other DBMS , such as DB2,PostgreSQL, etc..
• Certification in VMware or Nutanix is advantageous
• Excellent Project Management Skills and Strong Problem Solving Skills.
