WE ARE HIRING: Lifestyle Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Support:

  • Canvass potential clients through all available channels.

  • Follow up on company-generated leads via calls and emails to schedule appointments and site tours.

  • Handle walk-in clients by conducting professional tours and explaining services and offers.

  • Send tailored proposals to potential clients based on specific requirements.

  • Actively participate in lead follow-ups, negotiations, and business conversion efforts.

  • Report business conversions to management with detailed client information.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and attend weekly meetings to stay informed on current promotions and offerings.

  • Coordinate with Administration and Finance teams for smooth client onboarding post-sale.

Community Engagement & Client Relations:

  • Foster a sense of community among new and existing clients.

  • Assist in organizing client engagement activities and gathering feedback.

  • Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns or escalate as needed while tracking progress.

Data & Record Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM or internal systems.

  • Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and business development efforts for internal reporting.

  • Ensure the Finance team is informed of all client transactions and financial activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to conduct professional client tours and deliver presentations.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Other Details:

  • Working Hours: Standard working hours.

  • Working Days: Monday Saturday (Half day on Saturday).
