Responsibilities

• Product Development: Curate and manage outbound travel packages including flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, and experiences in line with market demand and seasonal trends.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, tour operators, and activity providers in outbound destinations.
• Sales Strategy: Develop pricing models and sales targets; monitor performance and conversion to ensure profitability and revenue goals are met.
• Customer Focus: Ensure packages are aligned with customer preferences, market segments (FIT, groups, MICE), and emerging travel trends.
• Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to promote outbound packages across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Team Leadership: Manage a small team of travel consultants, ensuring training and performance are aligned to sales goals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and global tourism trends to adjust product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Operations Oversight: Ensure bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in outbound tourism, preferably with an airline, travel agency, or DMC
• Strong understanding of global destinations and travel consumer behavior
• Proven experience in negotiating with international suppliers and DMCs
• Excellent communication, commercial, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple destinations and large volumes of travel arrangements
• Knowledge of GDS and travel booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage
