Recruitments:
- 3-4 yrs experience in chargeback operations,
- Communication skills (communication with customers)
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, critically analysis and interpret a situation & make difficult decisions under the pressure of time.
- Computer literacy and ability to conduct research on the Internet
- KYC, customer screening, identity fraud verification, screening of merchants and business clients Chargeback processing
- AML Transaction monitoring, alert reviews, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence.
