Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree (minimum), preferably a masters in Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.

Professional Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the industry.
  • Strong exposure to Microsoft Power Platforms, APIs, microservices, and hands-on experience in designing and developing automation systems and API-based integration workloads (REST or SOAP).
  • Experience in software development using one or more languages (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with at least one RDBMS (SQL, Oracle) and knowledge of IT infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, including non-technical users.
  • A proactive attitude towards change and innovation

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) Delivery: Ensure all development scopes are implemented on time and in full.
  • Technical Feasibility: Develop and assess the technical feasibility of development scopes to prevent blockers during the development stage.
  • Solution Design: Translate business solutions into logical, purpose-fit technical designs, focusing on Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) to address business challenges.
  • Architecture Development: Collaborate with Business Analysts to create a viable automation/integration architecture based on business specifications. This will guide the selected software vendor/partner in development.
  • Support Operations: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution deployment across environments. Provide post-go-live support, monitoring, and measure solution effectiveness.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Work within structured project plans, communicate project risks and issues to the Project Lead, and contribute to the change control process.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required by management.
