Job Title: Executive Industrial Engineer

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Qualified in Apparel Industrial Engineering from a certified recognized body.
• Knowledge in automation, Machinery, Sewing techniques, and workplace arrangements.
• Having the GSD license would be an added advantage.
• Direct experience in automation projects and /or innovation being implemented is a requirement.
• Good in Numbers, Analytical, and Self-driven person to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Realistic Production relatable SMV's which are optimum with methods of improvement from regular practices.
• Implementing simple automation, knowledge of using machinery to maximize efficiencies and reduce wastage of materials.
• Reduction of wastage on thread consumption.
• Identifying garment construction
• Ability to identify non-value added activities in the production full process and discuss with factories and senior supervisors with suggestions to improve + Implementation.
