Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• MBA/MSc will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience working in the Software industry.
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
• Comfortable with the constant changes of working in a fast-paced, growing tech company.
• An understanding of marketing/branding.
• A people-first approach with the heart to build the company culture.
• Proactively keep stakeholders informed of changes.
• The ability to roll up your sleeves, jump in when needed, and delegate when appropriate.
• Great organization, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and other compliance-related practices.
