Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- MBA/MSc will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience working in the Software industry.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
- Comfortable with the constant changes of working in a fast-paced, growing tech company.
- An understanding of marketing/branding.
- A people-first approach with the heart to build the company culture.
- Proactively keep stakeholders informed of changes.
- The ability to roll up your sleeves, jump in when needed, and delegate when appropriate.
- Great organization, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and other compliance-related practices.
