Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.

3. Experience in a similar industry is an advantage.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Valid driving license.

6. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and be a team player.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage order balance to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

2. Coordinate and arrange customer orders, ensuring all requirements are met and delivered on time.

3. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

4. Maintain and manage documents and perform analytical tasks as required.

5. Organize staff training and development programs for technical and sales teams according to company or project requirements.

6. Manage people effectively, including factory, technical, and call center employees.
