Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in organizing recruitment campaigns and participating at recruitment events.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills Exposed to recruitment/assessment tools and methodologies.
  • PQHRM/ bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows & HRIS System is a must.
  • Power BI Data Visualization experience will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work and form relationships with hiring managers and management teams to understand their departments and gain clarity on hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for different business functions.
  • Drive recruitment analytics across the organization
  • Creating the most appropriate recruitment strategy for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement etc.
  • Develop assessment tools based on required skills for each role and organization values (In line with the hiring need) to ensure hiring decision is majorly data driven.
  • Should be able to build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to joining, Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Maintain an active database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, recruited and resigned employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database.
  • A creative and value-added approach to the talent acquisition process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel.
  • Develop the right competency framework, talent acquisition strategies & hiring plans based on the staffing needs to m the business expectations.
  • Support the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain the hiring department's high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.
  • Draft communications materials, such as job postings, emails to candidates, and offer and rejection letters.
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to carry out streamlined onboarding processes. Research, engage and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.
