Working Hours: 8 AM 5.30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

•  Prepare and analyze project costings based on the material, labour, and time.
• Engaging in proposal creation while coordinating with the relevant parties.
• Track changes to the design or actual work and adjust the budget accordingly.
• Benchmarking requirements against similar projects.
• Creating work schedules, payment slips, and job cards
• Obtaining VAT Certificate, BR for corporate customers for future references
• Engaging in drawings and specification
• Developing designs against project cost to ensure that the approval budget is not exceeded
• Monitoring and controlling job delays compared with the work schedules
• Undertaking cost analysis for rework and repeat work
• Advising on the potential of a site and working out what a client can afford to build Ensuring the proposals are worked out
• Liaising with the client and other professionals including architects, engineers, project managers and constructors.
• Engaging in other assigned tasks by the Assistant Manager - Projects

Qualifications

• Full or Part qualification in Marketing or Management

• Previous work exposure in same category is preferred (Maximum

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

• Previous experience in handling ERP system will be added advantage

• Ability to work Under pressure

• Age between 20 35 years, prefer in Colombo District
