Requirements:



• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. - 8 years and above
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and business development initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long-term business planning.
• Proficiency in logistics software and technologies.



Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire logistics and supply chain operations, including shipping, warehousing, and distribution.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Implement technology solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.

• Support sales teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Participate in sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and business partnerships.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting services and expanding the customer base.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve their full potential.

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Assist in the strategic planning process and contribute to the overall business strategy.

• Prepare and present regular reports to the CEO and board of directors on operational performance and business development activities.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for professional development to prepare for a potential future role as CEO.
