Requirements:

• A degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business Management with a solid Mathematical/ Statistical / Actuarial background, Or A degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Actuarial with solid Finance background.
• Qualification in CIMA-ACMA/CGMA UK
• Hands on experience in Financial Risk Management and at least 3-4 years experience on Investment, Actuarial or Capital management or Risk Analytics
• Expert knowledge in MS excel with ability for analytical model building.
• Fluency in other MS Office packages especially in MS word
• Excellent English knowledge in both writing and speaking o Ability to manage pressure and work independently
• Discipline in meeting deadlines

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Advise the CRO on key financial risks/ emerging risk of the business and monitor the risk behaviors/ indices and mitigating actions
• Established and monitor product approval framework and structural risk framework
• Drive financial risk transformation strategy of the business with the support of the Group Office
• Lead Risk Committee [RC] meeting
• Preparation of the Balance Sheet Pack liaising with Actuarial, Investment and Finance teams on a quarterly basis.
• Carryout Financial Risk Stress Testing using Company models on a quarterly basis. Model changes need to be done considering the local conditions.
• Preparation of the Financial Risk submission of the Quarterly Management Report
• Rollout Financial Risk Policies as and when they are launched by the Company.
• Lead institutionalizing the operational risk framework
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Policies and standard framework of the company
