Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales and Marketing from a recognized Institute.
• At least 3-5 years' experience as a head of marketing, preferably with in IT, Healthcare or Hospitality Industry.
• Proven success in executing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Strategic leadership ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to deal with and manage highly complex situations and environment
• Strong Analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive strategies for all Sales & Marketing teams within the Group.
• Cultivate brand identities for each business unit under the company group
• Ensure a cohesive and robust brand message across all channels and marketing endeavors.
• Design effective branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze consumer behavior to define customer personas and identify new market opportunities.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor industry competition and market changes for strategic advantage. Cultivate relationships with local media to amplify group marketing efforts.
• Prepare and manage budgets for marketing plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
